WOW very sad to hear of his crash. Though we met under unfortunate circumstances at Miller in Sept, he seemed like a pretty genuine guy. The news release sounds pretty bad.

Another racer was first to the scene and helped by performing CPR trackside until the medical team got there.

CPR, not good. I'll be hoping and praying for a full recovery. Best to you Aaron.

That is too bad. Not much specifics on his condition.

Interesting they have reopened Pikes Peak. I wonder if this is a setback for the track saftey?

Cycle News has more of an updated version of his condition. I haven't met him in person but I've heard great things from local racers that travel to Utah to race. Sounds like a very nice guy. I hope he has a speedy recovery.

For anyone so inclined, you can make a donation towards his medical expenses and receive updates on his condition and the following website.

Hey all, there is an auction to raise funds to help out Aaron Clark and his family while he is "Man Down". Most of us know what it's like to get hurt racing, but he's really in a bad way. Show your support for a fellow racer and buy something.

There are many great auction items ending soon including a set of GP SUSPENSION 25MM FORK CARTRIDGES. So what, your stock portfolio is going to zero, get in there and bid! Come on EmDee, you NEED the Bell Star helmet signed by Aaron Gobert.

Check out all the items here

http://www.trackstar1.com/auction/

It's a guilt free way to spend money on motorcycle racing. Even your wife / boy friend (in Verderico's case) would approve.

Really though, great stuff to help out a great guy. All proceeds go to support Aaron Clark and his recovery from this horrific crash.
