Default Penske Bolt torque?

I just picked up a penske triple clicker and i need to know how much ft/lbs to put on the lower mounting bolt, im not sure since the bolt actually screws into the bottom shock mount itself. i dont want to put to much on it and cause it to pinch or bind the pivot. can anyone help me out with this?

The pivot should have a sleeve that the shock would tighten to so it didn't bind the pivot, what kind of bike? gotta picture?
