Didn't Dan's superbike have similar HP, and wasn't it a 2005? Does this come down to Honda vs Suzuki or Eric building a killer bike, or both?

Reading the description this wasn't Pegram's "A" motor. My superbike motor is actually fairly mild - I think both brands probably make similar hp in SB

DPW's superbike is honestly pretty mellow...even at 195rwhp. If he had budget to rebuild every weekend, and money was no object (carbon larger air box, oversized ti valves, even higher compression, ti rods, kit trans, etc, etc) we could get 205+ all day..but not worth the extra $25,000+ for that stuff.

Besides, its not all about the bike...he has to RIDE it...i dont see myself doing 1:06's at PIR.
