Yes to just the front. Its a waste in my opinion.
I had run the Goodridge SBK lines in the past but Eric has told me the hotness is supposed to be the Spiegler lines. So those are going on the race bike this year. We'll see if they are all he says they are. :)

what pads?
The Vesrah SRJL pads are AMAZING! But they aren't required for the average trackday guy/gal (they are big $$ and if I weren't racing I may not pitch out the money for them). Vesrah also makes a pad that is a bit cheaper but also VERY good. Swing by EDR and pick up a set of Vesrahs and you'll be good!
And if your running the brake lines on the Suzuki you have as an avatar I'd say to get a set of -2 lines. Any brand but the -2 is 2mm smaller in diameter. For the Suzuki (worst brakes in the industry) it helps out a lot. A bit more $$ but worth it IMO.

Yes we keep Spiegler's SS lines in stock for most bikes. I believe the 06+ GSXR kits are on way, since we sold a few last week. The Spieglers just FIT perfectly! The other brands fit like shit, twist, or bind up and are always way too long. Also, the cool thing is you CAN special order them and get in ANY color you want! I personally love this..its a nice touch. Honestly they all cost about the same, so why not get the ones that fit the best, and look the best?
Plus they are some of the nicest guys in industry. They really do SUPPORT their sport! the owner races wera, they were a sponsor of our 2008 Calendar, etc.
I can make more $$ selling brand G but honestly, id rather keep customer happy and sell him the best.
As for pads, YES the Vesrah SRJL's are amazing! But yes, way overkill for a trackday guy and especially a street guy (i tried on my MV street bike...way too aggressive and noisey, but my top racers SWEAR by them) I would suggest the Vesrah RJL. Great street and trackday pad (also what all the SV guys race with)
We also will have in sometime this next week the entire line of the new Carbon Lorraine brakes. I have been hearing tons of great things about them, and feedback. We will carry the C-44 pads (again, race use only) and their very popular SBK-5 pads. These will be for the street/trackday guys and also some racers. I have them currently in my MV Brutale and fuck me they are amazing! Plus they are affordable! Most bikes will be under $50/set (4 pad bikes more $)
Let us know,

I brought a set of R1 calipers for my gsxr1000 K6 since they are better and smaller and lighter than the stock ones.
I have a 19x20 brembo and EBC pads (they brake but they drag 2 much).
I was thinking what SS lines I would need to make all things work if the SS lines dont work.
Also I was thinking of CL pads since everyone tells me good things and they are very afordable.

EBC's suck imo...their quality has gone VERY down hill..too bad too. the drag is HORRIBLE on them as well. also they imo generate too much rotor heat.
Dude, try the Carbon Lorraine pads...i have been hearing nothing but great things..i dont think they will replace the Vesrahs but its a nice addition for us to have to offer our customers...and the CL SBK5 pads (great street/trackday/some racing) pads are only $35/side!
And do the Spiegler lines! PERIOD..honestly COMPARE THEM side by side and the quality is unbeatable...not too mention the cool bling colors :D
