-Results 2007- Novice "1st" place in the rain.... novice of the year.... getting that first crash out of the way. My first trackday 1:27's last race 1:14:3 but crashed at the end of that lap :)

EDR, Angela Brown/Coldwell Banker..... others tba....
-Goals for 2008?
Hopefully to do well in the Wera races but I will be happy to just race Miller/Vegas this year and hopefully a full season in '09. Locally I hope to finish consistently in the top 12 for omrra/wmmra and for lap times 1:11 is my goal (old layout). I have big expectations for myself this year but it will be a fun year no matter what results I get. If I do meet/exceed my expectations I will probably buy a 08 r6 and with the help of EDR and my wallet build a full supersport bike, if not I will probably run the 05' one more year :D

it was a good try to "out me" with personal info..... should have done his homework a little better though :D
As much as I wanted to spread it around the internet I didn't because "the owner" was first off very apologetic and didn't know why they didn't charge me for more than 6 months and then ran the wrong card because it was an invalid sale after 120 days on the original card. I think it was HORRIBLE business sense to charge a card with no authorization but in the same respect I did receive the items, I just told them a phone call or email would have been great saying they messed up and they need to re-run the card. Though I am glad my card company watches out for stuff like that and won't let it go through....... but of course to Matt I was BOUNCING payments real smart guy

That was why I never said the company name or owner just for legal reasons because through email at least he was like I said apologetic and people make mistakes... it was a spendy one hahaha but I'm not out to cheat someone even if "legally" I didn't have to pay.

I remember reading about the CC incident. If I recall correctly, there are new statutes that discuss the retention of credit card numbers. I believe it may be against the law to retain card numbers. I didn't mention it before because I hadn't taken the time to do the research. It may be worth looking up but since the owner was cool, I dunno. It just doesn't seem like a good business practice period.
If I knew any company were keeping my CC records, I would hesitate doing business with them again. Some douche they hire two years down the road decides to lift them (assuming valid thru dates are still good). Can you imagine trying to figure out the source?

I remember reading about the CC incident. If I recall correctly, there are new statutes that discuss the retention of credit card numbers. I believe it may be against the law to retain card numbers. I didn't mention it before because I hadn't taken the time to do the research. It may be worth looking up but since the owner was cool, I dunno. It just doesn't seem like a good business practice period.
If I knew any company were keeping my CC records, I would hesitate doing business with them again. Some douche they hire two years down the road decides to lift them (assuming valid thru dates are still good). Can you imagine trying to figure out the source?
My $0.02
EXACTLY!!!! When I talked to the CC company they said I didn't have to pay and started rambling about fraud.... it was so hard to stop them and say but hey I DID make the purchase from them but they didn't care they said it was 1. illegal to charge my other card without authorization and 2. they waited too long. But I don't want to have the reputation of don't take a card from him he will try to cheat you if he can.......
