Not mine, they're my son's. He's stationed in Germany, and apparently the higher velocities prior to braking are resulting in some weirdness. it's stopping OK/no funny noises/etc, and he describes it as an ABS-cycling sort of feeling. The bike doesn't have that level of brake sophistication. :he:

It's an SV1000 with '03 GSXR 1K suspension on both ends, GSXR front brakes with EBC HH pads, and I think the OEM SV front M/C. He weighs ~230# dressed to ride, and the suspension's been massaged to fit.

Apparently it also happened with everything stock & EBC HH pads; the suspension/brake upgrade cured it until he was transferred from Hawaii to Germany, and the normal speeds increased a wee bit. :wink:

i always start with the basics...head bearings, wheels are tight, muffler bearings are lubed, have a fishing rod in my hand...huh? :he::^^:
