Are the original red ones that come on them painted or are they stickers? I want to take mine off but couldn't tell/

strip them off with paint stripper and then powder coat them....

There is a trick to removing pin striping on a car, you can use Easy-off oven cleaner. When I bought my Audi A4 years ago it was black with a red pin stripe, it made it look like an A-team car. I masked off around the pin stripes and sprayed the easy-off, let it soak for a few seconds and wipe it off. It takes off the pin stripe without screwing up the factory paint. I am not sure if it will work with the factory paint on your wheels but it might be worth a shot.
