The bike has everything you need to be up front!
Motor stuff
- EDR Supersport motor (195+ hp on MR12!), Yosh pipe, BMC air filter. Only 1 race weekend (rainy one at that!) and 2 track days on motor
- Bazzaz EFI, TC, quickshifter
- Yosh Em Pro ECU. Maps for both U4.4 and MR12
Chassis stuff
- Ohlins 25mm kit forks, Ohlins shock (couple of different springs), Yosh kit linkage (also have stock linkage)
- 520 kit and gearing, Vortex clip ons and rearsets, double bubble, Sharkskinz, case savers, ASV levers
Plus all the stock stuff in pristine shape (bodywork, pipe, etc.)
The bike is all dialed in for motor and gearing, you’d have to dial in suspension to yourself but the components are there. $12k

$11,900 down, $10 next 10 months
If I didn't have to repair my bike this month I would be all over that.

I don't believe this shoddily constructed "FOR SALE - Moving to Malaysia" fabrication for a minute. The plotline is thinner than the hair on Ed Who's head. I fully expect to see a grammatically incorrect press release leak out in a few months bragging up a 200+hp EDR built GSX-R1000 that will race in the 2011 Macau GP. Hell, the only guys walking away with that race year after year are fooking UK nutters that can barely put food on their tables at home while setting speed records on wet Irish cobblestones. An American hasn't won it since Schwanz in '88, so it's time to nut up damn it! Behind that contrived mask of serenity DPW isn't really any more stable then Plater or Rutter anyway and he'll have plenty o' time to train up for some high speed Armco shoulder scraping while counting beans for Intel in "Malaysia".
Somebody tell me I'm wrong. What?

lol, Gavin - if only I didn't have to pay 100% - 200% import tax on the value of the bike I'd definitely be trying to take it with me! Sepang circuit is calling my name, though, need to find a bike rental.

:lol: Damn straight observations! (With one exception---it ain't THAT thin!)

Ed can't make up a salvage title receipt and 'blue book value' receipt?
Good luck with the sale dan.
If it came with balls and skill, i'd be all over it....

It's a terrible bike---don't buy it.
(If it doesn't sell, I'm going to "store" it! Heh! Heh!)
Actually--it's a steal--I was reading a mag article of a "superbike comparison" earlier this week--they were no where nearly as prepped as this one and were from about $18K to $23K!!??!!

Jed that would be wrong and I don't believe in doing things I'm
not supposed to.
I need 12 supporters to donate a mere $1000 each??
Hell my friends/sponsors are doing quite a bit now....hmmmmm.
if only
Wait didn't you get that from MOTOSPORT?
I saw new 1000's going for $6999 .............. so how about $4995
Man, I really couldn't handle not having some excuse for sucking....& with that bike, there are no excuses. Good Luck
