Q2 Track Pressure and Scrub In?

Doing the track day at PIR on 6/21 and I'm not interested in riding for Team Toro. Two questions - what pressure should I run Q2's. Also, how do you guys scrub in new tires at the track?

30 front 30 rear

Gary (G-rrfun) and Gavin (roktbox) both running and loving. Believe they run 30/29 on track. On street I'd say more like 34-36f and 33-35rr

Ed Who - took your advice and sidelined the "'32 Plymouth/stock 999" wheels and mounted the Q2 on forged wheels. I suspect that they will transform that bike.
