wtf is this ISP shit anyways... i mean today there are 20+ Guests and most have an ISP of 74.6.2x.xxx is there ANY correlation? like location? kinda like an area code would be? I know..im an idiot..but i can ban you so answer me like i want! :D

ISP is Internet Service Provider.
I'm pretty sure you meant IP address. Which means Internet Protocol. It's how computers communicate on the Intrawebby. :p

More then likely its from troll accounts (Bots). I used to get them all the time when I had a hosted forum. No biggy unless they start registering and posting spam shit.

jcb thats what i thought... HOWEVER i did have a guy try to register with a KNOWN banned guys address and he used an employee name...rofl do they not know i can see their IP address?? haha....
