Anybody know of a good source for racing jerseys? I like the thin ones that are printed, instead of embroidered. The Seattle 100 team (WMRRA) had cool ones last year.

thanks

dan the thin ones wear VERY fast..i had them. IMO the best are like we have for our crew, made by Dickies...you cant wear em out! If you want the thin ones that are screen printed, my buddy owns ASP...action screen printing. He is in Aloha next to Center Point Signs (@165th and TV Hwy) Brain is super cool guy and does awesome work. He can get you the shirts, do the screen printing, etc...even has the EDR logo already :D

word of warning, the ones that DMD Racing had (and I think Mario had the same ones) were extremely hot due to them not really being a breathable material. They looked great and mine has held up well, but damn were they hot to walk around in on a sunny day.

Hopefully I can work out some details with a clothing company this year and get some new 819 shirts made that look as good but are breathable/wicking

the ones i had ASP make were like Gua's he had with that leather company years ago. They breathed good..and light. but too easy wearing for us WORKERS.

Workers? I'm a spoiled prima donna that just shows up for the ride, I don't need a real shirt!!! What was the company who made the nice light ones?

Yeah, the ones that we had made where done at the same place that DMD Racing used. They are the worst place for quality, and worst of all is their service as they are predominantly a paintball jersey shop.

They were extremely hot and they didn't breathe for shite! There are other places out there that use a much lighter fabric like the ones that EmDee had made for their staff. However, they are rather spendy, but I'm not sure what EmDee was able to get them for or from whom.

Ours cost us $75/shirt and they were done with a process called "Dye Sublimation". Pretty cool as you just use high res pictures if you want and they come out pretty sweet.

Anywho, thats my $.02

Cheers,

mario

Oh EmDee. give us the scoop on the cool 2-Fast breathable ones. :)

I'm sure that Mark will chime in... but from what I remember our 2-Fast shirts were $75+ each also... just like Mario said.

Yea, ours are NOT hot, very comfortable, and have a breathable grid/mesh to them. We were very pleased with them and I think everyone has liked them. Zach, feel free to chime in with your thoughts on their quality and such, even if they disagree with mine.

We got them through http://www.hotshoppedesigns.com/ They are mainly a cycling race shirt shop, but do produce pit shirts, MX jerseys and other items. Same dyesublimation process that all the mx jerseys and other printed stuff are made of.

They were wonderful to deal with, were on time with everything and I couldn't have been happier with their service. They do have a minimum 25 shirt order, which can be a barrier to a smaller team/organization. Our costs, after setup charges and such were $75-$80 per shirt. We ordered about 50 of them which were made up of two different styles. One for the Seattle 100 Race team and one for our 2Fast Staff. They handled both orders great and didn't mess up a thing.

If anyone chooses to look into them I think you'd be very pleased with their service.

Mark is 100% correct… they are great shirts, breathe incredibly well in fact you’ll freeze your ass off in the morning... Great quality, washed mine numerous times over the season and still looks as great as the first day. No complaints at all, worth every penny and they look very professional! Wish that I could shrink mine tho… now that I have been running my ass of again!

i was thinking same thing! I loved the 2fast shirts....but 25 is steep for this broke grease monkey.

LC4 yeah we have red and white edr shirts, all kinds of hats, beenies, hoodies, and actually have a bunch of new stuff we'll "be releasing this spring" lol... all our racers that use our motors and such get a cool hat/shirt for the pits...which we HOPE they will wear..cause nico and steve were the only two that i saw last year :(
