SRP is going to auction in 90 days.

I agree it doesn't look good. even though i doubt this is a hard deadline, i expect it will bring some folks out of the woodwork to keep the track. what an odyssey. i'll miss it. bad.
hard for us spuds to want to come over the hill for every freakin race.
plus the spokanistan experience is unique. good weather if you have your popup chained to large pieces of concrete, petting zoo, orville and his sidekicks, vintage machinery, vintage car collection, rare flora and fauna. all of this for one great price. infineon? pfffft.

If it goes to developers or the Kalispel tribe, it'll be sad to see it go.

However, with the housing market so bad, perhaps the city or group will buy it, improve the facility and make it a well run track.

Who knows what will become of it and chances are it won't end up a racetrack when its sold. I'm guessing the selling price will be in the $5mil - $20mil range for it.

I know that $5mil was already offered for it last year and laughed at.
