So in anticipation of spring and having never actually ridden my new bike since I got it after destroying my old one at the end of this season, I have been slowly modifying, changing, fabricating things in my winter offtime.

To date, I installed woodcraft rearsets, spider grips, pazzo levers, and did some fab work on the stock header and midpipe section of the arrow slipon and fab'd a new muffler hanger while i was there. Next is the Bazzaz unit and brake lines! Im stoked to ride this year, so commmmmme onnnn sunshine!

Heres some pics of the exhaust mods and bracket,,,

Header cut apart, with stainless "J" bends and my drawing for new collector:

Crappy Arrow silencer bracket (didnt fit worth crap from the start):

Fab'd muffler bracket out of 3/8 and 1/4" chromoly tubing (ultra lightweight) and very strong:

Muffler bracket (after test fit, paint) fits perfect!:

The bracket is a very close fit:

Blends in with swingarm and frame pretty well huh!?:

Thanks guys!
It is pretty loud, in my garage. I think it will be just right for me under load on the street and track. I really cant wait to hear it when Eric dyno's it!:43:

nah, it cant be that loud,,,hahaha
According to Arrow's website, its 104db with the midmuffler I believe, so its only gonna be like,,, 104 and 1/2 db right!?
Im really mostly interested to see a smooth as silk A/F reading when Eric is done with it, though I may have to run the midmuffler if it is absurdly loud... well see.

Cool, thanks Gary! Im really happy with how it all turned out. Especially the bracket, that Arrow piece was just that.. A POS! haha
Plus the Arrow one was made of like 1/16" or thicker stainless! It was heavy as the silencer damn near! The new one I fab'd weighs about as much as the three bolts that hold it in place! Talk to ya later "G"!
