Rear Marchesini Wheel Hub Slop?

While cleaning my chain today I've noticed that I have about 1/16" of slop in the rear wheel cush drive. I've got about 20,000 miles on the wheel so far, sproket wear is good as well... Is this something I should be concerned with?

time to order up new cush drive rubbers. call TAW Vehicle for them. However if they are not in stock...you'll wait about 3 months! August is holiday in italy and all shut down.
