07 GSXR 750 overheating? WTF!

My 07 GSXR 750 is overheating and boiling out the overflow bottle. When I keep the pace up no problem as soon as I drop down to cruising 35 mph the temp gauge raises and fan comes on, temp is 220 degrees. This happen today in 70 degree weather. Stuck thermostat? Bad water pump? Or do I just need to bring it in and claim it on my insurance and get a supersport/superbike motor? I like idea number 3, but wife says hell no!

Once a gsxr boils out which is not too uncommon, it might have huge air pocket and then can be a pia to burp. Kevin bring it in, let's check thermo, pressure test it and see if on.
