I finally got to the track again this year to ride and after clearing out the cob webs had a great time. My initial impression of ORP was "wow this is a tight track" and "boy am I going to be sore tomorrow :)." I will say that the cob webs got cleared out pretty much during the secon session when I was following a control rider into turn 12 at the end of the north staright and pretty much had to do my best impression of Rossi with my left leg hanging of and the rear end sliding every which trying to avoid the CR who just crashed right in front of me. Thankfully he was hurt too bad and I was able to turn it in and finish the session. ORP was definately well worth the 2 hour drive and can't wait to go back. The only bad part of the day if you could call it that was that when I got home and plugged in the video I learned that I got some really great shots of the asphalt..doh! Eric order me a GoPro!

Pat - thanks for showing me around the place and following me. I hope you are feeling better and also I hope you don't mind that I went into your trailer to grab a couple of tie downs to secure your canopy from blowing away. The wind picked up and started to toss your canopy around a little.

I will definately not be letting 5 months elapse between track days from now on and thanks NESBA for a great day!

Really glad you got the opportunity to get back out on the track and wondered who secured my canopy while I was gone. Thanks mucho. Today was still pretty brutal with heat but I managed to stay away from extended stays in the 150 degree "out houses" and avoided a repeat of yesterdays swan dive. Most calls for the EMTs are out on the track, leave it to me to need them to come to the crapper  :massmoon:. John, let's keep this between just us cuz I'l never hear the end of this if it gets out. :secret:
