HOW LONG THOU?

Its been 37 hours since i have had caffeine... if you know me at all, that might be a record. I LOVE my Viso drinks and typically consume about 600-900mg of C affine a day....im TRYING to get off the shit but it aint easy, those Viso's taste so damn delicious when they hit your lips!

So vote now....the crew is on a watch (and on needles while going thru "withdrawls" haha)

You have any headaches yet? I had a friend who stopped drinking coffee (heavy drinker) and he got major headaches for a few days when he stopped caffeine.

However, if you can do it, that would be the "healthy" choice for you my friend. :)

You should cut it totally then go back to a normal amount in a month or two when you are readjusted. Its soooo much better for your body.

I quit my job where I got free mt dew from the soda fountain ALL DAY LONG.

Went to work for the new shop and now am down to about 40 oz (2 bottles) per day.

took me three weeks to get adjusted and for the MASSIVE headaches to go away.

Tylenol w/codeine works wonders for gettin through the day.

40 oz is nothing! Before I quit all caffeine cold turkey (about 5 years ago) my record at an old job was 8, 32oz super big gulps in one 8 hour shift.... only did that once though! hahaahaa

When I quit I was borderline homicidal for one day, but consuming tons of water and electrolyte supp's during the day kept me out of jail. I was good to go the following day, which really surprised me.

Eric, I'm with Luke, you got to get your "dose" down to a more reasonable level man! 8-900mg!?!?!!? holy cripes!

I just had to crack one. Was going great, but we got SLAMMED today and then an issue with a wiring harness (man i hate CBR1000RR's!! lets make ALL 3 connectors within 1" of each other 3 wire blue connectors...idiots!)

Dude; you have to have at least one vice and caffeine seems to be the lesser of "most" evils!!! And...........If you are working on my bike I will bring you the quad mocha, you must be focused! LOL
