I told my wife that I needed new sprockets for xmas to go with my 520 chain and to go with what ever EDR recomends. I ended up with -1 +1. I was told lots of different things as to what gearing (as you would expect from many opinions) so why the 16 f 43 rear? and thanks for being so helpful to her.

Monta, that is the best gearing IMO. You need @+4teeth on the rear on that bike, but we try to keep the rear sprocket small as possible to help with swingarm angles/tq loads. most G1k guys are using 16/43..some guys even 16/44 but thats pretty short.

cool, thanks for all the help, I do not have a chain tool, how much to bring down the bike and put it on?
