those things do look bad ass, plus it wont put so much pressure on your elbows. I bet you will get one hell of a burn in your front delts from the twisting motion. I would also ad in some inclines and declines with it to hit your upper and lower chest.
I used to be a avid GYM person but I had a pretty good injury. Its about time I start getting back into it now that I am recoverd for the most part.
I blew my L3 L4 L5 on the job march of 06 now I weigh 25lbs more than before and it is not muscle. I commend you working out when you first get up, that in and of itself is not easy for the person not used to it.

So E. do you need to see me with my shirt off so you'll have something to emulate. Down 15Lbs and only the muscle is left.

All I got was a bill from Eric for Christmas. :p
Seriously, we did a small Christmas since we were just in Mexico and just had the wedding. I got a rolling pit chair for working on my bike, a gear bag for all my crap so I stop stealing her hockey bag to haul my shit around, and a new Longacre air pressure gauge.
Our mutual gift we are picking up on Jan 1st, I'll post pics. :)

Coal. I kid you not! Two lumps of coal, actually, in a santa sock filled with peanuts... it also had a gift card to EDR. And another one from my sister and her family. We sometimes gang up and get big gifts for each other. My mom got a really cool 3 wheeled golf cart, my dad got one of those back massaging inserts for "his" chair. They work! We were all taking turns in his chair to try it out. It was really funny. I was choking 'em back a little. They didn't need to spend that much on me. They know how much I love being at the racetrack even if it is for fun, even at my age (52). I got the tire warmers, the good kind, with all the little buttons and adjustments. Very cool. A very good Christmas.
I've been asking the wife to get me a helmet cam set up for a while now and she finally said that I could get it for my present. So I ordered me a camcorder and helmet cam. Was looking at the DVR setups but I wanted something that made nicer vids.
Oh ya, next month shes letting me order new guns sights for my 45. Ended up spending to much this year and ran out of funds before I could place my order.

I got trackdays! Smoked double bubble windscreen, several lift tickets, and some clothes.
I told Nikki that someone else won the ICON helmet in the auction, when we actually won it. Then when she thought she had opened all her presents, I was like " It seems like there is one more present", I pretended to look around the tree a bit. Then I said, "Nah, we must have opened them all!" And as she was checking out her new camera I stepped out in the garage, put on the helmet and came running back into the house like bat out of hell! She was pretty stoked....to say the least.

Yep, Febuary will be an extra long month in my garage for 08!

I had a local Bike shop owner guy came by and deliver a "EDR" gift cert! That was very nice of me to do, but I can't say who it is because i don't want people to think he's a good guy or anything!!!

The wife and I decided not to exchange gifts since we're going on a cruise in Feb. A innocent trip to EDR for rearsets turned into me loosing my mind. Lets see full Akrapovic exhaust, Arata rearsets, 520 conversion, Power Commander, K & N filter. I can't wait to drop the bike off. The wife on the other hand didn't have much to say to me this weekend. Ooops
