No real surprise. I'm more anxious to see the Oregon ballot measures. Especially Measure 61 & 57 :mad:

61 & 57 are both mandatory minimum for drug & property crime. One being extreme and the other being debatable. I don't like Mannix.

That is measure 61. You'd get 3 years for giving someone a single gram of Extasy, coke, etc.. Even for first time, non violent offenders. You break into a garage you get 2 years. This is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE possibility!! Oh yeah and it is projected to cost up to 500 million dollars that we would borrow from China! Hell yeah!! Along with releasing current offenders to make room while all the new prisons are built to house the extra thousands of people that currently get probation after a very intensive review that takes into account all possible factors regarding recidivism.

But Marijuana is still not a criminal offense for holding/using. Without an intent to deal your ok (only applies to State laws not Federal). :D

plus where the FUCK are we going to PUT THESE "Criminals"?? seriously it just baffles me at times...i wish i would have ran for politics..ROFL imagine ME in the government! GIT SUM!

o ya those other drugs r bad i myself only use marijuana for medicinal reasons only it really helps with my glocoma lol
