I am planning on doing some nationals (A.M.A) races and was wondering who wants to go play with me? Miller superbike weekend,Infineon weekend,Laguna are the three I was planning on and maybe Barber(if funds hold) ,but that is not in stone as of yet. Once the A.M.A doinkers get me my license I will pre register for the three. Lets go play bitches!!!!! Verderico.

What about Cali Speedway? Isn't that on the circuit for this season?

I'll try to go to whatever ones I can say "I am a writer and photographer for bike number..."

Lots of cones and haybales oddly enough, but the run off is big.

Think of Spokane, but good

I know "Mosquito" from WMRRA is trying to hit as many as possible this year also #68. Still no word on Murrey going yet though.

FYI, you need some serious season point to get in at Laguna, way more entries than spots. Would be worth doing Funtucky just to get the points for Laguna.

Yeah, the first Laguna round (MotoGP) is pretty hard to get into, but the last one in September (there are two Laguna w'ends) is a normal event.

I'm *hoping* to do a few AMA rounds in 2008 - keep me informed.

you guys we NEED to get a group! Some of my best times were at the Nationals. Back in the day with Dugan, Wertman and Holden...or lastly with Lippis and Wilson. Some awesome times and its amazing for you guys the racers to be top shit here in NW and then barely make it thru qualifying. it really improves your riding like you cant believe! Im game for the west coast stuff. I REALLY wanna make as many as i can.

If you guys are doing it for sure, I will add you under the 'National' tab on the riders page (if OK with eric). PM me your name, AMA number, class you are running etc.

Definetly do Infineon! It kicks ass, is realtively close and is early in the AMA season.

I'm considering doing the Miller AMA round this year, just trying to get the wife on board with it right now.

One of these days I want to do Daytona too...just to say I did! :D

Sam, have you gone through the application process yet of tallying all of your season points on the AMA scale? Its kind of a hassle, but if you did WMRRA & OMRRA, you probably got enough.

AMA doesn't have a scale anymore Mark...they changed their whole app process. :)

Yup,got it all done and got all the points I needed,I did a shit ton of racing with Sullie this year and racked up enough to get it. The A.M.A. just charged my account for the license so that means I got it.When I know my number I will pre-register for Miller and Infineon! Go register for it and lets go play!

DPW and Beer GUt should post up..... imo it not only makes you a MUCH better rider locally, but its one of the best times you can have! ONLY downside is the $$$. tires and travel are killers...IM up for Miller and any other non conflict ones. Hell...ill do any conflict ones even...here is ALL i want/need for you to have 100% EDR Service at non local event

-Plane Ticket (@$100-300)
-Hotel Room (@$40-60/night)
-Crew pass for weekend (@$20-30)

Pretty cheap to have support huh?
