What is the best oil to weight to run in a 06 GSXR 600? I know that 10W-40 is the stock weight, would Castrol's full synthetic 5W-40 be OK, I run down at T-Hill most of the time pretty warm. I can't seem to find any info on what would be better. Thanks for the help.

Castrol R4 5w40 is excellant oil. If motor is stock you can run safely
Castrol R4 5w40
Motul 300v 5w40 (or even 5w30, or 10w40)
Silkolene Pro4 5w40
Motorex Power 4t 10w50
Redline 30wt or 40wt (race oil...no detergents. or if you want, 10/40 redline street oil)
They are all very good nowadays.
