Anyone with the 954 or 929?

I have the '02 954 and I'm curious what improvements you guys are doing to this bike.
So far I have an Erion bolt-on and PCIII (which will be EDR tuned soon)..

the 929/954 REALLLLY wake up with a full system! The Akra and Arata (i know, they always do, but on these bikes really) wake up the hp on the bike! We then modify the airbox and map it. They are one of the hardest bikes to map correctly (VERY difficult between 2-4000) due to airbox/pipe/engine design.

Other things that really work well on that bike

-GPR (or similar) Damper
-Spiegler S/S lines....works WONDERS on the bike plus you can customize them!
-Vesrah brake pads (we are also hoping to test/try some "new" pads....stay tuned)
-520 kit. They need +3 on the back!

So Eric, What are we looking at for $$ here if I do exhaust, intake and dyno?
I'm ballin' on a budget here so let's not get too carried away with top of the line parts...
